Even as an adult
you will always remain
the child of your parents.
But if you behave
as an adult,
you can expect them
to treat you
as an equal.
Even if you don’t think that
they did a very good job
raising you, it’s pointless
to keep blaming them.
In the end, at a certain point,
you become responsible
for the way that
you deal with your past
and the way that you
create your future
in the present.

Reactie geven op wat je zo al verstuurde is niet mijn ding, maar ‘k was wel een genieter van’t verstuurde.
Ben blij dat ik tussendoor nog eens kan gaan piepen bij wat je ons gaf.
